In creating designs and expanding my concept, my research focused on noir cinema in a 1950’s time period and the genres which influenced it.

I purchased a number of old noir films as well as watched some on Netflix and featured scenes of noir films on YouTube.

I read articles and topic boards of noire films to learn about the history and directors and learned about non movie media which tried to emulate noire films such as video games, comics and graphic novels, books, short stories and even music.

I made progress in developing from my unusual story idea to having alternative versions where I can experiment with different narrative ideas and alternative actions.
